Mr. Rex Mendoza is the President and soliciting official (insurance broker) of RF Insurance Brokers Inc and has over 10 years of experience in the HMO, medical insurance and financial services industry. He is an active entrepreneur with companies and endeavors in multiple industries. He is the Lead Independent Director of Ayala Land Logistics Holdings Corporation (ALLHC), and Independent Director of Ayala Land (ALI) and National Reinsurance Corporation (NatRe), all listed companies in the Philippine Stock Exchange.

Mr. Mendoza is an active advocate of improving the level of professionalism within the Philippine insurance industry. He is a regular platform speaker in several companies’ agency events and training programs, and in conventions and conferences by the Life Underwriters Association of the Philippines (LUAP), The Professional Insurance and Financial Advisors Association of the Philippines (PIFAAP), and the Association of Health Maintenance Organizations of the Philippines, Inc. (AHMOPI).

Anna Mendoza is one of the directors of RF Insurance Brokers Inc. She obtained her degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from the University of the Philippines (Diliman, Quezon City) in 1987. She earned her Masters in Business Management (MBM) degree at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) in 1991. She worked for the Group Insurance Division of the Philippine American Life Insurance Company as Group Marketing Officer in 1987-1988. She held the same position when she moved to Nixdorf Company (Phils.) in 1988 and pursued her MBM (graduate) degree from AIM in 1989. After AIM, she joined The Pact Group in 1991 as Marketing Manager. She was Dean for Business at the Asia Pacific College (a consortium between SM Foundation and IBM Phils., Inc.) at Makati City, Philippines from 1993-1995.

Also, she is currently the President and CEO of Rampver Financials Inc. She has long years of experience in financial services. Her forte is service administration, systems and relationship management.

Ms. Fernando is one of the directors of RF Insurance Brokers Inc. She started her Sales Career as an account officer for Philam Asset Management, Inc. in 1998. She was consistently awarded as one of PAMI’s Top Annual Sales Producers (volume and number of accounts). For 4 consecutive years, recognized as Employee of the Year and received other several employee citations within the Philam Group of companies. In just a span of 5 years, her stellar performance got noticed and she quickly rose the ranks to lead one of its strongest sales teams as Regional Head for PAMI South Luzon.

After a few years, she was invited to join Philequity Management Inc. (PEMI) as Senior Division Head for Sales. In less than 8 months, she spearheaded and inked several successful distribution partnerships for PEMI within Metro Manila.

Upon leaving PEMI in 2008, she started Rampver Strategic Advisors as Managing Director and Head of Sales & Distribution. At that time, RSA was the first to have an open architecture platform for Mutual Fund investments. Built everything from scratch, Jung took the division from less than 20M in assets under management to more than 10B in total AUM today. Currently, she acts as Executive Vice President for Rampver Financials, Inc.

Over and above these, she remains to be a proud Financial Practitioner who to this day still actively manages her clients’ financial portfolios. She is a certified company trainor, SEC Certified Investment Solicitor, a Registered Financial Planner with International Designation, a graduate of the Chartered Business Administration Program from the Asian Institute of Management and completed the Asset Allocation and Effective Investment Advisory Course under The Franklin Templeton Program.

Mr. Abis is an independent director of RF Insurance Brokes Inc. He is also the President and Founding Board Member of Webcast Technologies, Inc. (WTI), an enterprise partner of Google specializing on location-based services. Thus, he has been involved in systems engineering and systems development. On the side, he is doing consulting work on development projects for organizations like World Bank and Asian Development Bank. Before WTI, Bernie was the former Head of Research of Ayala Land, and former Division Chief of the National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) doing mathematical modeling and system development. He is also the CEO of Rubrics Stone and Prostate Center for Asia, specializing on kidney stone and prostate treatment with branches nationwide.

He actively promotes academe-industry-government collaboration. As the founding Trustee of the non-profit organization Earth Institute Asia, Inc., he is likewise active in environmental work. He was past president of Little League of Quezon City offering assistance and support to poor but deserving baseball players. He is a member of the Management Association of the Philippines and the Makati Business Club as well as past president of Stanford Alumni Club of the Philippines and past director of UP Alumni Engineers.

He is the Vice President of Strategy & Business Transformation at Rampver Financials, one of the Philippines’ largest mutual fund distributors with over Php 20 Billion Assets Under Management and is recognized as part of the Top 10 Wealth Management Service Companies in Asia-Pacific.

Concurrently, he’s a licensed financial advisor with over 12 years investment experience in the capital markets and over 8 years experience in mutual funds education and distribution.

Before joining Rampver Financials, he co-founded and launched the Philippines’ first fully-digital telco, GOMO PH. Today, it serves more than 3 million customers nationwide.

Ms. Eljene M. Gomintong is the Corporate Secretary and Compliance Officer of RF Insurance Brokers Inc. She earned her juris doctor degree from Manila Adventist College – School of Law and Jurisprudence in 2023. She is also a Certified Investment Solicitor and presently heads the Operation Unit of Rampver Financials Inc, a dynamic niche player in financial services specializing in investments and the biggest distributor of mutual funds in the Philippines.
